Oklahomans for Equality Programming Survey

Oklahomans for Equality (OkEq) seeks equal rights for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) individuals and families through advocacy, education, programs, alliances, and the operation of the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center. Owned and operated by OkEq (formerly known as TOHR), the Equality Center has served Oklahoma and the surrounding area for over 13 years. Having moved to its new 18,000 square foot facility in 2007, the Equality Center is now one of the largest LGBT Centers in the region. The Equality Center is located at 621 E. 4th Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. OkEq has been addressing human rights issues and serving the LGBT community since 1980.

The purpose of this survey is to determine the best ways for Oklahomans for Equality to serve the LGBT community of Tulsa and utilize the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center. Your responses to this questionnaire are anonymous and will be combined with the responses from other individuals and reported as a whole. Please read each item carefully and mark the response that best reflects your answer.
