This self-assessment allows you to gauge your level of mastery of each public health nursing competency. Simply click on the circle under "Knowledge, Awareness, or Proficiency" next to each competency statement. You will be guided through all eight domains. A few competencies may not apply to you in your current position. You may still rate your mastery level and determine which areas to focus on once you receive your results.

At the end of the survey you will be asked for your name and contact information so the results can be sent to you. Entering your supervisor's name is completely voluntary.
