Can I use html tags within the fields to bold, italicize, underline, etc?

Yes, you can use html tags within the fields.  To bold a word in a question, enter the code <b>word to bold</b>   This code also works for italics, <i>word to italicize</i> or underlining a word, <u>word to underline</u>
