I want to view survey results for 3 divisions of my company. I am asking survey respondents to indicate their division on the survey. How do I generate an item frequency report for each division.

First you go to the View Results screen and select Item Frequency. Your overall results report will open in a new window. At the top of the report is a filter button. You will click on this button then filter the report by the division question on your survey. First you select the division and then type in the response you want to filter by.
