The View Invitee and Send Reminder functionality is only available when Unique Keys are used. Unique Keys can be enabled from the Launch Surveys, Email Invitations or Create Links screen. A Unique Key generates a unique survey URL for each survey respondent.

View Invitees: Click on this button to view each respondent and whether he/she has completed your survey. Respondents are shown 25 to a page and you can move between pages at the bottom of the screen by selecting clicking on the next page number.

Respondents who have completed the survey are categorized “True” in the Taken column. Respondents who have not completed the survey are categorized “False” in the Taken column. You can also identify completed surveys because the two buttons Edit Response and Delete Response will be displayed for any respondent who has completed the survey.

Edit Response: Click on this button to view the actual survey responses for any of your survey participants. The survey will open in a new Internet browser window. This functionality is ideal if you need to change a survey response for any of your participants.

Delete Response: There may be situations where the survey administrator would need to delete a survey participant after he/she has completed your survey. To delete a participant, and his/her responses click on the Delete Response button next to the person you wish to delete.

Send Reminders: This functionality enables the survey administrator to send reminders only to those participants who have not completed your survey. Enter the appropriate email address in the From Address field. You may also enter a separate email address in the Reply Address (Optional) field. This email address will receive any auto notifications or replies from a respondent’s email address. Enter a subject heading in the Email Subject field and your reminder text in the Email Body field. You must leave [SurveyLink] in the email body where you want your survey URL to appear. The survey URL will be automatically placed in each reminder invitation.
