Implementing Biopsychosocial Screening Training Program- March 2017

Thank you for your interest in submitting an application for the Implementing Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Screening Training Program.

This innovative hands-on program is comprised of 8 pre-workshop e-learning webinars (to be completed prior to the workshop), a 2-day skills based workshop, 4 post-workshop e-learning webinars, 8 post-workshop faculty-trainee conference calls and a web-based Discussion Board.

The two-day workshop will take place from Thursday,March 23 to Friday,March 24, 2017, and will be held at City of Hope in Duarte, CA.

This training is offered at no cost to you through funding from the National Cancer Institute.The training program will be limited to 40 people per workshop.

The model application includes a highly motivated individual or team with the ability to apply the newly learned skills upon returning to their home setting. Teams are encouraged to apply. A team is defined as 2-7 members including any of the following: Physicians, Administrators, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Nurses, Pharmacists, Researchers, and Educators.
